Take your managers through ‘a year in a day’ of managing performance!
Using video clips, email trails and others clues, delegates interact with two fictional team members. Over months, a minor issue becomes a major performance management challenge. At every stage delegates are invited to intervene and address the performance issues. Just like real life, the longer they leave it…the worse it gets!
The day culminates in delegates having a performance conversation with both team members.
With this refreshingly different approach, delegates are drawn into the reality of managing performance all year round.

Outcomes
